A recruitment agency specializing in education roles is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a primary school in Ponteland. This full-time position involves supporting children aged 9 months to 5 years in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Applicants should have experience with young children and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Early applications are encouraged as interviews will be held before the Christmas break.
Start: As soon as possible
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30
Pay: £101.40-£105 per day
Contract: Temp to perm after a set number of weeks on supply
Milk Education is working exclusively with a primary school in the Ponteland area to recruit an Early Years Practitioner who can offer consistent, high quality support across the early years phase. The school is committed to finding someone who can join their team long term and grow within the role.
The school is looking for someone confident, nurturing, and experienced in supporting children from 9 months to 5 years. You will help create a calm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment while supporting the class teacher with daily routines, activities, and early development milestones.
