Main Duties

Planning and implementing the kind of care that gives our residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You’ll influence the care team by demonstrating best practice, whether it’s teaching a resident to use a walking frame, supporting a person at the end of life to eat a meal or communicating with a resident’s family.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, setting and maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in delivering physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication and keep accurate records of care activities.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Support residents in achieving person‑centred care plans and promote independence.
  • Work full‑time (38.5 hours per week) and progress toward Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care, where required.

Qualifications
