As an advocate for our residents, you will play a crucial role in planning daily activities, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring individual needs and choices are met. Key responsibilities include:

• Medication administration and care planning
• Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support
• Ensuring safeguarding principles are maintained
• Taking responsibility as Nurse in charge
• Team management and shift planning
• Infection prevention and control
• Liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
• Upholding clinical governance standards

About you

Demonstrate compassion, dedication, and commitment to enhancing quality of life. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. We support both newly qualified and experienced nurses with tailored training and development.

Essential requirements:

• UK NMC-recognized nursing qualification
• Valid UK NMC PIN and registration as RGN/RNLD/RMN
• Ability to assist residents with mobility

Additional skills:

• Strong clinical decision-making and care planning
• Bloods and medication administration
• Understanding of Mental Capacity Act and deprivation of liberty

Role is subject to DBS checks.
