Role Responsibilities:

• Receive requests for supplementary staffing and source available staff to meet demand.
• Escalate to agencies if Bank workers are insufficient.
• Support the Supplementary Staffing Manager in delivering service developments, including recruitment, demand management, and placement negotiations, ensuring quality and operational targets are met.
