• Experience of working within an NHS Talking Therapies service.
• Significant experience of assessing and working with common mental health problems.
• Training and experience in risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support for trainees and qualified PWPs.
• Conduct suitability assessments for patients entering the service.
• Deliver NICE recommended treatments for anxiety and depression.

Skills

Self-reflective practitioner

Ability to work under pressure

Proficient IT skills

Education

Degree level education or equivalent experience

IAPT Post Graduate Certificate in Psychological Well-being Practitioner or equivalent

Accreditation with BABCP or working towards
