Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Head of Children With Disabilities to join a leadership team focused on improving outcomes for children and families. The role involves leading services from assessment to permanency, collaborating with partners for effective transitions, and providing strategic oversight of CWD services. Applicants should have a degree in Social Work, substantial experience in CWD, and a track record of leadership. The position offers hybrid work, an initial 3-6 month contract, with a competitive pay of £500 per day, umbrella model.

- Good understanding of social care model and application in CWD.
- Pressing for positive multi-agency outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and report on CWD services from assessment to permanency.
