WHAT TO EXPECT

This role is responsible for co-ordinating and collating inputs from the Packshop Operations to define requirements supporting new projects and studies related to cycle planning, new products, facilities, and volume changes supporting the Launch and Projects team. This includes material flow planning, facilities requirements, IT, and packaging VSM analysis. Additionally, the role will focus on optimizing automation, digital capabilities, and information management within the IEO-KD organization.

The role will also provide UK IEO-based support for overseas plants to enable their operational targets.

Shift: 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• SAP Superuser: support for SAP-related issues within the Operations team
• Develop SAP competencies within IEO KD operations
• Collaborate with Projects team to identify operational inputs for studies and new projects, including but not limited to
• Ensure compliance and represent CKD in internal and 2nd-party audits related to IATF certification and standards
• Support part changes and model year programs with Data Integrity to ensure smooth transitions and minimize obsolescence (LEQOS)
• Work with 3PL and operations to develop facilities standards and processes to optimize safety, quality, and delivery; provide leadership during reactive maintenance ensuring safety at all times

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Expertise in SAP: ability to use, train, and troubleshoot SAP issues
• Relevant experience in Imports and Exports Operations
• Programme management experience in manufacturing or logistics
• Material flow experience
• Experience developing cost submissions for strategic studies
• Knowledge of operational delivery processes and procedures
• Thorough understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques
