A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Housing Income Manager in Redditch. The role involves delivering effective housing services, managing a team, and maximizing revenue for the Housing Revenue Account. Applicants should have a Level 4 qualification related to housing management and at least five years of demonstrable experience in a social housing environment. The position requires strong leadership and performance management skills, with an agile working model expected.
