Qualifications

  • 7+ years' PQE in Property Litigation, with expertise in leasehold disputes and boundary matters.
  • Proven experience advising on a range of residential and commercial property disputes.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex property litigation cases and advise clients on property disputes.
  • Handle litigation in UK courts and tribunals, including high-profile cases.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development efforts.
