A leading NHS trust is seeking student midwives for a 21.5-month full-time BSc/Master of Midwifery shortened program starting January 2025. This role includes salary support at mid band 5 and extensive clinical placements across multiple NHS trusts. Eligible candidates will learn midwifery care under supervision while completing academic teaching at the University of Hertfordshire. We are recruiting student midwives to become registered midwives with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. The course is funded by NHS England, covering tuition fees and providing salary support at mid band 5 with no enhancements. You will learn to provide midwifery care in a variety of settings under direct supervision of a midwife practice supervisor and attend the University of Hertfordshire for theoretical teaching.
