As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's marketing strategy forward. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative, proactive, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building brand presence.

You will be responsible for a variety of marketing activities, including content development, social media management, event coordination, and supporting wider promotional initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

• Creative & Content Development
• Head out to construction sites to snap high-quality photos and videos using a DSLR and drone.
• Work closely with site managers to line up access for filming and photography.
• Upload, organise, and edit footage to create eye-catching content that tells a great story.
• Dive into company projects to find the angles that make for great marketing material.
• Write and polish up content like case studies, website copy, and social media posts.
• Plan and schedule social media content with Hootsuite to keep our messaging on-brand and consistent.
• Event Management
  • Help plan and run events like expos, promos, and our annual general meetings.
  • Take care of the logistics—booking venues, organising attendees, and getting the word out.
  • Represent the company at industry events and make sure our brand shines.

• Someone who's proactive, independent, and knows how to take initiative.
• A creative storyteller with a knack for turning ideas into engaging content.
• Super organised and great at juggling projects.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for strong visuals and design.
• Friendly, communicative, and great with people.
• Clean driving licence and access to vehicle.
• Experience using drones (Desirable).
• Knowledge of the construction industry (Desirable).
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
