About Us

We are a growing recruitment agency specialising in all areas of commercial business. We work closely with clients and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions and are now looking for a motivated graduate Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and brand growth.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start a career in marketing within a fast-paced recruitment environment. You'll support day-to-day marketing activities, help promote vacancies and services, and contribute to brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with creating and posting content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Support the promotion of job vacancies and recruitment campaigns
  • Help manage and update the company website and job boards
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM updates
  • Create basic marketing materials (adverts, brochures, presentations)
  • Monitor engagement and performance of marketing activity
  • Support events, networking, and employer branding initiatives
  • Work closely with recruiters to align marketing with business needs
Skills & Requirements
  • Educated to degree level (marketing, business, communications or related subject preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, digital media, and recruitment
  • Confident using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, or similar tools is an advantage
