a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced L&D professional to work for one of the most known media organisations. Our prestigious client is looking to take onboard an L&D professional with proven track record of success in the design, implementation and delivery of L&D programmes.

  • FTC with salary up to £50,000

Responsibilities:
  • Liese on with stakeholders in designing and implementing L&D programmes in line with the strategic needs of the different business units.
  • Design of learning solutions, training curriculum and leadership development.
  • Setting up new framework and modernising existing one in line with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Must have previous sector experience in the media/ media-news or printing sector.
  • Experience as stand-alone L&D manager
  • Confident, highly organised and able to demonstrate using their initiative.
  • Effective presenter and facilitator of training.
  • Able to design and deliver training.
  • Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality.
  • Comfortable in dealing with all levels including senior management.
  • Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and plan/manage project time-lines and/or deadlines.
