About Company Shop Group (CSG)
Company Shop Group (CSG), part of the Biffa Group, is the UK’s largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products. We work with some of the UK’s biggest retailers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to unlock value from surplus stock that might otherwise go to waste.
That stock is given a second life through our Company Shop stores and our award-winning social enterprise Community Shop, helping to build stronger individuals and more confident communities.
We’re a purpose-led business doing good, with people at the heart of everything we do. We champion diversity, inclusion, and fresh perspectives — because better ideas create better outcomes.
As Communications Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering industry-targeted (B2B) communications across multiple channels. Working closely with the Head of Communications and Senior Communications Manager, you’ll help bring our stories, campaigns, and insights to life — engaging industry partners and strengthening CSG’s profile.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for a confident communicator who enjoys creating compelling content, analysing performance, and spotting opportunities to improve impact. You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas while supporting a wider strategic communications plan.
Most importantly, you’ll be enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated to make a meaningful impact in a purpose‑led organisation.
This is your opportunity to join a passionate, experienced communications team and play a part in creating a better world for people and the planet.
PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD IN JANUARY 2026 FOR THIS ROLE.
