High-growth B2B events business seeks a dynamic and strategic-minded Head of Sales to lead their Sponsorship & Expo Sales team.
Our client is in a major growth phase with significant investment across people and products.
As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing, coaching, and developing the team, ensuring they meet company KPIs and achieve ambitious sales goals.
This role requires confidence in working towards aggressive strategic goals. As a front-line leader, you will serve as a beacon for the organization, providing guidance, foresight, and effective day-to-day management.
The role demands a comprehensive view of sales teams, requiring the implementation of strategies, tools, processes, and metrics that positively impact overall events revenue.
They aim to exponentially grow their Exhibition business over the next 3 to 5 years, reflecting their commitment to the vast opportunities within their portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B event (live and virtual) and exhibition executive with strong operational and sales management experience.
