Group Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Newbury, Greenham Business Park. (Hybrid) whilst this role is Hybrid, the ideal candidate would be based in Berkshire/ Oxfordshire ( or surrounds) due to face to face/ on site requirements in our digital marketing office in Newbury.
Hours: hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30-6 (1 hour Lunch)
Salary: Competitive, ( with quarterly based Bonus scheme)

The role

The job role requires you to assist with:

• Writing interesting and compelling website content.

• Assisting the Marketing Team with their with digital marketing campaigns with new page creation and offer page updates.

• Creating relevant, timely and entertaining content for various social media platforms.

• Develop engaging on-trend content and championing new ideas/content/campaigns.

• Ongoing site maintenance, making recommendations on usability, design, content and conversion rates.

• Producing and distributing core marketing performance reports where necessary.

• Assisting with agencies and suppliers.

• Ensuring the image of company is consistent with that of our represented manufacturer brands and their corporate identity.

• Assisting in the marketing and social media calendar content planning processes.

• Responding to customer comments / feedback via social channels with first class customer service skills.

Who you are

• A keen interest in digital marketing and social media.

• Develop self in order to maximise personal contribution to the job.

• Excellent inter-personal skills and have exceptional written communication and verbal skills.

• Proactive, highly adaptable, and detailed oriented.

• Must be very flexible (there will be occasions when you will need to assist with out of office hours coverage of social media reviews/questions – and even offsite events such as the British Motor Show) and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.

• Possess a people oriented, friendly "can do" attitude.

• A desire to constantly develop new skills.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and analytical skills.

• Full UK clean driving licence.

• Experience in website content management systems, SEO best practice, social media platforms, scheduling platforms and analytics packages would be a distinct advantage.
