At fal, our Enterprise Account Managers guide some of the world’s most innovative organizations through their Generative Media transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with fal's largest enterprise customers across EMEA with a primary focus on Europe operating in aremote-first based out of London.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic accounts, working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders. You will ensure Fal’s infrastructure remains core to each customer’s generative media initiatives while driving long‑term value, adoption, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, is comfortable operating independently, and enjoys collaborating with globally distributed teams across sales, engineering, product, and customer success.
