  • Edit and optimise video and audio content for various media platforms.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent, accessible, and optimised for performance.
  • Stay ahead of trends in customer experience design, digital signage, and interactive media.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and spatial concepts.
  • Collaborate with strategists and designers to create intuitive interfaces for digital touchpoints.
  • Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content to support brand storytelling and brand activations.
  • Utilise strong visual and illustrative skills, coupled with animation ability to continue to support and strengthen team output.
  • Provide assistance throughout the design process under routine guidance; contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and Living Design.
  • Proactively ask questions and express a curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
  • Participate in design reviews, charettes, and pin‑ups.
Qualifications
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others.
  • Strong skills in motion graphics and video editing.
  • Strong time‑management and organisational ability.
  • Ability to visualise concepts within physical spaces and adapt designs for large‑scale displays.
  • Familiarity with digital signage systems and retail technology platforms (preferred).
Software Skills
