A well-established FM service provider is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to cover a portfolio in South London and Kent. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Mechanical fields and experience in commercial maintenance. The role offers a salary of up to £42,000, including a Van and Fuel Card, along with additional benefits like 22 days holiday and no on-call duties.

Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for an established Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio within the South London/Kent but also some sites in Essex/London.
GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Engineer to work across a portfolio of sites within South London/Kent but also some sites in Essex/London. The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Plumber or Mobile Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Plumbing and Mechanical maintenance. In return the company is offering a salary up to £42,000 with Van + Fuel card provided.
- Covering sites mainly in South London & Kent. However, there are sites within Essex & London to cover as well.
- PPM's and Reactive works (Mechanical and Plumbing)
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- NO ON CALL
- Plumbing Installation/Remedial works
- Water treatment - Tap temp checks and Flushing
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Updating site log books
- Provide further works reports where required
- Completing all works to a high standard
- Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
- Level 3 Plumbing or Level 3 Mechanical
- Working experience in a Building Services environment
- Other preferable skills: Basic Electrical and Basic Carpentry
- Providing technical support to administration staff as required
- 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
