Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, heating/cooling equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Previous experience in hospital or critical-care environments preferred.
• Knowledge of steam boilers, chillers, and central plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee maintenance of plumbing systems and medical gas infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff and contractors.
