Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in commercial building services or facilities management? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities management provider, delivering high-quality engineering across prestigious commercial properties in Watford.

You'll be part of a professional, supportive engineering team, maintaining mechanical systems to a high standard while ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient environment for building occupants.

Your Role as Mechanical Engineer Will Include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant
• Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and HVAC systems
• Mechanical fault‑finding, troubleshooting, and repair
• Supporting wider building operations and site teams

What We're Looking For:

• A recognised qualification such as NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or equivalent
• Proven experience in commercial FM or building services
• Strong hands‑on mechanical maintenance skills
• Good communication, professionalism, and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
