We are looking for a Production Planner to work for a large family owned and run Manufacturing business based in Cambridgeshire. You will be responsible for coordinating product manufacturing to meet customer requirements.
Daily duties will include:
- Review the sales order book to develop production schedules.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to determine customer delivery deadlines.
- Interpret technical drawings to create daily and weekly production plans.
- Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to assess material, equipment, and labour needs.
- Identify and resolve production challenges to minimise delays.
Experience required:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Able to interpret technical drawings
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous AutoCAD experience preferred but not essential
