Required for an established Travel Management company on a remote basis. Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team and is looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant/Senior Business Travel Consultant with experience using Galileo. This role involves working on various accounts across different sectors, providing high-level service while booking both point-to-point and multi-sector worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers.

Business Travel Consultants will work on a small shift pattern, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours a week. The salary is up to £32,000, dependent on experience, plus a quarterly bonus and benefits. The role can be fully homebased, but candidates must be located in Scotland.

1. Working on corporate accounts, booking worldwide travel arrangements using Galileo.
2. Booking flights, hotels, car hire, and rail, and providing up-to-date travel and visa advice.
3. Handling changes, cancellations, etc.
4. Performing ticketing functions.

• Experience as a Business Travel Consultant using a GDS, preferably Galileo.
• Excellent knowledge of flights and fares.
• Experience with ticketing is preferred.
