You will ensure efficient operation and reliability of plant equipment, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a recognised engineering qualification and experience in a production environment. Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours of Work: Monday - Friday on a rotating 3-week shift pattern:
Week 1: 6am - 2pm
Week 2: 2pm - 10pm
Week 3: 10pm - 6am
Every third Saturday: 6am - 12pm

Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across production and intake systems.
Liaise closely with the mill team to address breakdowns or production interruptions promptly and effectively.
Accurately record all maintenance work to maintain legal compliance and uphold safety standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, safety, and productivity.
Ensure all work complies with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Support projects involving installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
Escalate persistent or critical issues appropriately to minimise production disruption.
