The newly created role of Production Manager will play a crucial part in ensuring their manufacturing excellence, innovation and continuous improvement activities continue to deliver customer delight.

The Key Accountabilities include :

• Leading and motivating the operations team to meet their targets.
• Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.
• Collaborating with the senior team and your peers to ensure all operational outputs are of the highest standard and linked to the strategy and business objectives.
• Driving a customer focus culture, putting internal and external customers at the heart of all actions and decisions.
• Managing resources, production schedules and KPI’s to optimise efficiencies.

About You :

• You are an experienced Operational Leader within manufacturing.
• You have experience of leading lean manufacturing or continuous improvement activities.
• You are ambitious and focused on your own and your team’s development.
• You are a leader who is passionate about creating a culture of high performance and success.
• You know how to communicate effectively across the organisation, engaging others and working collaboratively to deliver wins for the business.
• You are passionate about creating a culture of success and teamwork.
