Job summary
A high-profile fashion retailer is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to handle complex and high-risk employee relations matters. This role involves shaping the company's ER strategy and ensuring effective management of sensitive cases. You will provide expert risk assessment and advice on legal implications while leading high-profile investigations. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the Leeds office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing high-risk employee relations matters.
- Strong understanding of employment law and its implications.
- Ability to lead investigations and deliver comprehensive reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of complex and high-risk employee relations cases.
- Provide expert advice on employment law implications.
- Manage cases in line with legal frameworks and company policies.
