Job summary
A large Facilities and Maintenance company in Oxford is seeking an experienced lead electrical maintenance engineer to join their well-established team. The role involves both preventative and reactive maintenance on-site, ensuring compliance with industry practices, and supervising subcontractors. Candidates must be fully electrically qualified and possess an 18th edition qualification. The position offers a competitive salary, ongoing training, and various benefits, including 5 weeks of holiday and a pension scheme.

- Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required.
- Must hold an 18th edition qualification.
- 2391 Test and inspection is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site.
- Ensure compliance with task schedules and industry best practices.
- Monitor all main plant and equipment within buildings.
- Maintain professional relationships with employees and clients.
- Manage the site logbook system and all paperwork.
