A large Facilities and Maintenance company in Oxford is seeking an experienced lead electrical maintenance engineer to join their well-established team. The role involves both preventative and reactive maintenance on-site, ensuring compliance with industry practices, and supervising subcontractors. Candidates must be fully electrically qualified and possess an 18th edition qualification. The position offers a competitive salary, ongoing training, and various benefits, including 5 weeks of holiday and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

  • Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required.
  • Must hold an 18th edition qualification.
  • 2391 Test and inspection is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site.
  • Ensure compliance with task schedules and industry best practices.
  • Monitor all main plant and equipment within buildings.
  • Maintain professional relationships with employees and clients.
  • Manage the site logbook system and all paperwork.

Skills

Electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3
18th edition
Experience working within occupied offices
2391 Test and inspection (desirable)
Driving Licence
