- CSR Supervisor Gold Card with NVQ Level 3/4 (Construction or relevant discipline).
- Proven experience in site management for housing maintenance, refurbishment, or similar works.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety standards, construction processes, and housing sector requirements.
- Computer literate with the ability to manage reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Clean driving licence (required).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of housing maintenance projects.
- Ensure site safety, compliance, and quality control in line with company procedures and statutory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders, maintaining professional communication throughout.
- Carry out regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
- Ensure all works are delivered to specification and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
