Job summary

A building services company is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician in Liverpool. You will provide electrical maintenance across governmental facilities and undertake planned and reactive tasks. Position: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Type: Permanent
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £36,700 PA plus overtime. On-call TBC.

We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to join a team of mobile engineers in providing building services and plant room maintenance to key corporate estates across the Merseyside region.

Responsibilities

• Complete building services / electrical maintenance across governmental facilities.
• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems.
• Cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
• Complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements.
• Respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service.
• Work on AHU’s, fans coil units and general HVAC plant room.
• Mechanical and fabric tasks where required.
• Compliance checks.
• Small works projects.
• Lead works providing guidance to resident maintenance personnel, client managers and sub-contractors.
• Provide guidance on compliance and scheduling of checks plus visibility of compliance records.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional Electrical qualification, Level 3.
• Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician.
• Multiskilled background, ideally to have experience on general HVAC plant including AHU’s, fan coils etc.
• 18th edition.
• Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment.
• Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records.
• Able to clear security check and financial check.
• Driving license and willing to operate on a mobile basis.
• Familiar with Facilities Management Sector.
