We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team, responsible for maintaining the restaurant's exterior and interior facilities. Responsibilities include outside landscaping, painting, varnishing, maintaining parking facilities, and performing non-electrical small equipment repairs and maintenance. You will also organize and manage food product acceptance and rotation.

The role requires confidence in dealing with external contractors and the restaurant team, maintaining high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high energy levels.

Your duties will include supporting the restaurant management in operating the store efficiently by ensuring the building and equipment are in prime condition, coordinating repairs with external contractors to minimize customer disruption, and working collaboratively with the team to uphold high standards inside and out.
