A recruitment agency is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Horndean, covering surrounding areas. The successful candidate will maintain external communal areas and have horticultural knowledge. A full driver’s licence is required, with experience and a motivated attitude essential. This position offers a salary of £26,208 per annum plus additional benefits like a company van and tools.
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE
Location: Horndean & surrounding areas
Pay: £12.60 p/h PAYE – includes company van, fuel card, tools & uniform provided
Duration: 12 weeks with a permanent offer after successful completion of the temping period. Salary £26,208 per annum + van etc.
RG Setsquare Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client’s team based in Horndean where you’ll cover Horndean, Petersfield, Ham Barn, Liss and surrounding areas.
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Grounds Maintenance service in an efficient and effective manner in accordance with best horticultural practice for a reputable Housing Association.
Working within a team, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges and have the flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work.
