Foot Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Central London

Location: Central London (covering 3-4 sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's maintenance team, providing first-class electrical and building services support across multiple commercial sites in Central London.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working within a professional facilities management environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems across 3-4 client sites.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
  • Undertake general building services tasks (e.g. lighting, emergency lighting, small works).
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and site teams to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Complete all documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • 17th / 18th Edition qualified (essential).
  • Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time across multiple sites.
