Salary: £47,906 base salary
£53,985 (including shift allowance) + Overtime
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3-Shift Rotation

- Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
- Friday: 6am-12pm / 12pm-6pm / 6pm-12am
- Attending breakdowns and delivering effective reactive maintenance
- Carrying out planned maintenance (PM) and condition‑based monitoring (CBM)
- Analysing equipment performance and recommending improvements
- Managing spare parts and supporting operations teams
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Minimum 2 years' maintenance / engineering experience
- Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (HNC in Electrical Engineering beneficial)
- Strong electrical skills: AC / DC systems, inverters, PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)
- Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
