  • Extensive proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a high‑volume manufacturing, production, or advanced industrial setting.
  • Superior electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and rectification skills.
  • Proficiency with complex PLC systems, SCADA, industrial control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics (essential).
  • A proactive and strategic approach to preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaborative team‑working abilities.
  • Relevant advanced engineering qualifications (e.g., HND/Degree in Engineering, C&G, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent).
