What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive, proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a high-tech manufacturing, R&D, or advanced industrial environment.
  • Exceptional electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and rectification skills across complex machinery.
  • Advanced proficiency with PLC programming/fault finding, SCADA systems, industrial networks, precision mechanics, and robotics (essential).
  • A strong commitment to preventative maintenance, predictive technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Relevant advanced engineering qualifications (e.g., Degree in Engineering, HND, CEng status, or equivalent).
