Job summary
A health care company in the B32 area of Birmingham is seeking a Production Operative to join their team. The role involves assembling boxes, packing medical testing kits, and ensuring quality standards. Ideal candidates will have assembly experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a supportive environment. This position offers the potential for permanent employment after a qualifying period with daytime hours only.

Responsibilities
- Assembly of small boxes from flat pack cardboard.
- Pack the boxes with medical testing kits and instructions on use.
- Label the packed boxes accurately.
- Support the wider operation by assisting where needed.
