Qualifikationen
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- High degree of confidentiality, accuracy & effective communication.
- Ability to lead an effective team.
- Technical capability around systems and process flows.
- Intermediate level of all Microsoft packages.
Aufgaben
- Oversee dispatch operations and loading activities.
- Manage and report colleague absences effectively.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies for operational gaps.
- Support legal transport compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team on operational issues.
