• Supervise and support the logistics team in daily operations including goods receipt, bonded stores, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Actively participate in operational tasks to ensure team success and meet deadlines.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role while managing team responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Aerospace industry experience is desirable.
