16.5 hours per week

Salary: 12.21 per hour

What you’ll do

To assist the Cook in the preparation of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks in accordance with the Homes policies and procedures including the provision of specialist diets.

Keep the kitchen clean and tidy ensuring the highest standard of hygiene and safety.

When required assist with the service of meals and drinks.

Maintain documentation in accordance with HACCP regulations.

About You

An awareness Health and Safety HACCP and COSHH and subsequent revisions or ability to attain.

Able to plan and organise own workload effectively and to ensure that routine tasks are carried out promptly and to the highest standard.

Flexible and Adaptable adopts a practical approach to achieve the required results.
