• Hands-off code (Year 1) – focus on architecture, with optional coding later.
• Document and evolve C4, ADR, and sequence diagrams across 20+ microservices.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and turn debate into pragmatic designs.
• Draft high-/low-level specs for resilience, data flow, and scalability.
• Champion best practices in Domain-Driven Design, Event Sourcing, and SOLID principles.
• Surface architecture metrics and guide incremental refactors.

• 2–4 years of professional C#/.NET engineering experience with solid OO & SOLID instincts.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly in technical documentation.
• Familiarity with RESTful microservices and modern DevOps workflows.

Skills in Azure (AKS, Functions), DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Kubernetes/Docker, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), Kafka/RabbitMQ, ADR/C4 are required, along with open-source or community contributions.
