Blue Arrow are looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our team in East Leake. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading teams to success, this could be the role for you.

Location: East Leake
Salary: Up to £16 an hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

- Leading a team of up to 70 drivers
- Overseeing the day-to-day transport operation across multiple sites
- Coordinating with the customer's management team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Managing the execution of the daily transport plan, ensuring legal and timely operations
- Monitoring site resources and keeping the customer informed of any changes
- Ensuring all safety procedures and operational processes are followed
- Conducting timely investigations into safety incidents
- Producing and reporting accurate KPIs to both internal teams and the customer

About you:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced logistics or transport environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Health & Safety qualifications are highly desirable
