Part-Time Health & Safety Manager — New Role, Up to £50k
Zusammenfassung
A growing business in the Oxfordshire area is seeking a part-time Health and Safety Manager. This role involves developing comprehensive Health & Safety policies, monitoring compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture among employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health & Safety laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. This position offers flexible hours and a competitive salary up to £50k depending on experience.
Qualifikationen
- In‑depth understanding of Health & Safety laws and regulations.
- Understanding of business management systems.
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor Health & Safety risks and conduct site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Chair Health & Safety Committee meetings.
- Investigate workplace accidents and recommend improvements.
- Organise training programs to promote safety awareness.
