Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a client-facing, quota-carrying role ideally in SaaS.

  • Experience with larger deal sizes ($50K-$100K+) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, from outreach to close.
  • Manage a portfolio of housing customers focusing on retention.
  • Forecast renewal performance and risk exposure.
