A rare opportunity with great potential for a recently qualified to mid-level Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid grounding in Private Client matters at a substantial regional firm, to specialise in the field of Court of Protection.

We would encourage applications from candidates who are recently qualified up to mid-level, with a solid grounding in a good range of Private Client matters including:

1. wills and probate
2. tax
3. estate planning
4. Court of Protection
5. lasting powers of attorney
6. a working knowledge of Trusts

You will be joining a growing team and have the opportunity to work on a fascinating caseload, advising a wide range of clients, within a well-run and modern-thinking team.
