The Role
- Advising landlords on compliance across fire, gas, asbestos, legionella, and more
- Shaping H&S policies and supporting crisis response after incidents
- Advising on insurance, contaminated land, and Building Safety legislation
- Supporting due diligence on real estate, commercial, and corporate deals
- Leading client relationships and contributing to business development
- Delivering training and mentoring junior colleagues
- Promoting inclusive values and maintaining compliance standards
About you
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years' experience in non-contentious H&S law
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
