The ideal candidate will lead the Housing Management Practice and provide expert advice on various housing-related issues. Responsibilities


  • Leading the Housing Management Practice. Providing expert advice on a range of complex housing related issues including the areas of: Anti social behaviour, housing management, disrepair, leasehold management and income management.


Qualifications


  • A qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive with extensive experience within housing law, ideally gained from the public sector. However experience gained within the private sector will also be considered.
