Senior Associate / Legal Director / Partner
Location: Exeter

Leading top 100 law firm is looking for a senior lawyer to join its national Health & Safety team, focusing on non-contentious work. This is a chance to lead on high-impact matters across the built environment, working with clients ranging from housing providers to developers and consultants.

The Role

  • Advising landlords on compliance across fire, gas, asbestos, legionella, and more
  • Shaping H&S policies and supporting crisis response after incidents
  • Advising on insurance, contaminated land, and Building Safety legislation
  • Supporting due diligence on real estate, commercial, and corporate deals
  • Leading client relationships and contributing to business development
  • Delivering training and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Promoting inclusive values and maintaining compliance standards

About you
