The successful candidate will assist partners and associates on all aspects of private funds work, including fund formation, investor negotiations, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing documentation, managing closing processes, and liaising with clients and service providers.
You will have prior paralegal experience within a funds environment, ideally gained at a leading law firm. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.
