Conveyancing Paralegal – Leamington Spa

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal/Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Property Department. You will provide high-quality Administrative and Paralegal support while delivering excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide conveyancing quotes and open new files
  • Handle client enquiries (phone, email and in person) and update clients, estate agents and brokers
  • Manage files from instruction through to post‑completion and archiving
  • Set up files for completion and undertake dictation
  • Obtain AML documentation and update LMS and Lender Exchange
  • Submit registrations and deal with Land Registry requisitions
  • Scan and allocate post; maintain client and office ledgers
  • Use the Firm's case management system proficiently
  • Attend departmental and firm‑wide meetings
  • Act as first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Follow CQS procedures and general office protocols
  • Undertake additional tasks as required by Directors, Department Heads, Line Manager or Fee Earners
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Residential Conveyancing department
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Knowledge of LMS, Lender Exchange and Land Registry procedures
  • Excellent client care, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and case management systems
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Flexibility to work from another office when required
