The successful candidate will manage both lender and borrower-side transactions, working independently with a flexible hybrid model. Immediate availability is preferred, offering a competitive rate.

Our client is a highly respected London-based law firm with a specialist Banking & Finance team focused exclusively on Real Estate Finance. The team advises on both investment and development financing across a wide range of asset classes including commercial, residential, rural estates, hotels, student accommodation, and build-to-rent schemes. Known for their deep sector knowledge and pragmatic approach, they support both lenders and borrowers in navigating complex transactions with clarity and commercial insight.
We're looking for a 5+ PQE Banking Lawyer with solid Real Estate Finance experience to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You'll be working on a mix of lender and borrower-side transactions, with the autonomy to run matters independently and the flexibility to support the wider team when needed.
- 5+ years PQE in Banking Law, with a focus on Real Estate Finance.
- Experience advising both lenders and borrowers.
- Immediate availability or max 1 week's notice.
- Comfortable working 2-3 days/week in the Baker Street office, with remote flexibility.
- Confident in working independently
- 3 months minimum
